We’re growing faster than we can dial.
We generate commercial leads for commercial cleaning and facility services companies. Over the past three years we’ve delivered thousands of qualified leads to clients across three countries. Right now the bottleneck is simple: people are replying to our emails faster than we can call them back.
That’s where you come in.
The work is straightforward. Warm leads come in every day from our email campaigns. You call them, have a short conversation, and book them onto the founder’s calendar. When there are no warm leads to work, you cold call from lists we’ve already built.
You’ll be trained directly by our founder and by an outbound coach who has personally generated multiple eight figures selling agency offers over the phone.
You will leave this role with a skillset most salespeople spend a whole career trying to build.
We’re a small team. We don’t carry passengers.

We also run campaigns in Australia. Those warm leads get called in the evening US time, and they pay the same as any other booking.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
No degree. No 5 years of experience. Just these non-negotiables.
Your English is sharp. You can hold a confident conversation, handle an objection on the fly, and write a message that doesn’t read like a template.
You can work 6 to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, overlapping US business hours. This is a real full-time role, not a side hustle.
No previous sales experience required. We’d genuinely rather train you from scratch than undo bad habits. What we need is hunger and discipline.
Rejection doesn’t break your stride. You hear no, you learn something, you dial again.
You hold yourself to a standard most people would call unreasonable.
You’re competitive in the way that keeps you up at night thinking about how to get better. Result-driven, not ego-driven.
Bonus: you’ve done cold calling, SDR or BDR work before and you’ve got the scars to prove it.
